At Natru, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns. However, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• The product must have been purchased directly from Natru (via our website)

• Only first-time purchases of a product are eligible for a refund

• Limit one refund per customer

To request a refund, please email us at hello@natru.com with the following:

• Your order number

• Your name

• A brief explanation of your experience/reason for refund 

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Details

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
